A large Government Entity in the Gulf region, with a mandate for social housing, is committed to sustainability and increase rate of circularity in building houses.    In this context Circular Economy Guidelines, covering the entire build stages from Master Planning to End of Life Disposal, for all actors such as Developers, Contractors, Waste Management companies, Users etc. were developed & launched during COP28 in U.A.E.   Presentation will share the strategy, challenges, learning lessons, critical success factors, standards and models used for developing Circular Economy Guidelines and their roll out.
