About the event
Business plays a vital role in the transition toward the circular economy. But what are the businesses needs and challenges regarding the transition to the circular economy?
The Prosperkolleg has conducted a study on the success factors for a circular economy – with a focus on businesses in North-Rhine Westphalia, a region in Western Germany. The CSCP and co-do! labhave conducted similar studies to identify the challenges faced by companies in embracing circularity, while also looking to explore their specific needs for support during this crucial transition. In the sessionwe aim to present the insights from the Prosperkolleg study and combine it with the findings of the CSCP and co-do lab as well as the perspectives of the participants to make our findings applicable to a broader audience.
The interactive session will run for one hour. We start with an impulse talk on the Prosperkolleg study findings on challenges encountered by companies in various sectors, as they embark on their circular economy journey and enhance these findings with the experiences and findings of the CSCP and co-do lab. We will showcase these insights, highlighting the specific hurdles and their support requirements.
Then we will dive into an interactive format and give the audience the opportunity to interactively to assess the findings, provide additional input, and share their own experiences and challenges related to the transition to circular economy.
The session will be held on 26th October from 1 – 2 pm online. Please register here (https://forms.gle/C7pHwqL1fTCUiggd6) to receive the meeting link in advance to the meeting.
We are looking forward to discuss the business perspective of circular economy with you!
